Third Review IMO 2010 Results Second Selective
Today was held the second selective for the IMO 2010. From the beginning it was reported that the selective was to consist of 2 exams but the results of today force us to make a sudden decision, given a tie five times in the last quota (of 6 in total). As was initially reported that only two would be selective, the Olympic Committee considered include the Peruvian delegation to the IMO students who achieved the top 5 by adding the scores of these two selective:

As was initially reported that only two would be selective, the Olympic Committee considered include the Peruvian delegation to the IMO students who achieved the top 5 by adding the scores of these two selective:
1. Sarmiento Raul Chavez (30 points)
2. José García Sulca (28 points)
3. Omar Loyola Bartra (28 points)
4.Gianmarco Taipe Gutierrez (24 points)
5. Jesus Figueroa Curo (23 points)
The following five students were tied with 20 points :
6. Anthony Amaro Robladillo
6. Cárdenas Pablo Barriga
6. Joshua Garcia Piscoya
6. Oswaldo Ochoa Caceres
6. Alejandro Cordero
Warton Since it would be arbitrary and unfair to single one of them for inclusion in the delegation, and discard others, the Olympics Committee has decided to take a special examination and final only these 5 students. The decision to be taken after this latest review is final and will depend on the scores obtained on each problem (in 3 reviews).
We believe this decision is the most fair, and was unanimously accepted by the members of the Commission.
The third test is taken between Wednesday and Friday (day and time tbc). PD
partial scores of all students will be published after the third test. Scores of other students is 17 or less, this also supported the decision.
