Peru soars again, you get 1 gold medal, 4 silver and 3 medals BRONZE in the River Plate XVIII Mathematical Olympiad held in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Rioplatense Mathematical Olympiad is an annual event this year is taking place from 5 to 10 December. Nine students of Peru compete in 3 levels with students from different countries such as Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and others. These students are the winners of the National School of Mathematics Olympiad, the top 3 of each level, who had this wonderful experience, they were also accompanied by a tutor and 2 heads of delegation. It should be noted that the 12 tickets were donated by Hiraoka Imports.
We arrived a day before the event but thanks to the kindness of the organizers, had no housing problems. The tests were conducted on two days: the first on December 7 in the morning and again on December 8 in the morning also. Both tests had a duration of 3 hours. The first day was good for some and bad for others, but rallied on the second day. Today
