Las agrupaciones Integración Ayllu -Wari, Taller Audio visual Tokapu, el Movimiento Indio Peruano y los miembros del Boulevard de la Cultura Quilca, realizaron el 12 de octubre del 2006, la conferencia titulada “ 12 DE OCTUBRE CONFRONTACION DE CULTURAS Y 514 AÑOS DE RESISITENCIA DE LAS CULTURAS ORIGINARIAS ”, to mark another year of the English invasion of our continent and the cultural resistance of the Peruvian people.
This activity began at 6:30 pm with the presentation of videos alluding to date, by the Audio Visual Workshop Tokapu.
At 7:30 pm we continued with the presentation: "Evangelism: Recognition of the State or historic bill" , by Mg. José Maúrtua, a prestigious graduate of San Marcos University philosopher who studied humanities at the Catholic University in San Marcos now professor and chairman of Applied Philosophy Project Red Owl. Gave a brilliant presentation regarding the pernicious role played by the Catholic Church in the Conquest of Peru and the destruction of the Peruvian culture.
also said the responsibility lies with the institution that came in the Conquest to invade adventurers together with Pizarro and Almagro, the Catholic Church.
In the first two invaders has been written, but murderous intervention, the institution ethnocidal Luque headed timidly have referred to historians because of the power that organization, namely, the Catholic Church still holds today . Maúrtua explained the historical responsibilities of this organization rests. The presentation was about the responsibility that lies with the Catholic Church in the extirpation of idolatry or rather the removal of indigenous culture in their attempts or fortunately have not reached completion.
Finally, to conclude the event was presented with two songs the singer Tabra Mario Guerrero, who is also a supporter of the Communities of the Northern Border of Peru against the invasion mining, and actively defends Majaz (White River). MIP-PERU
